How do you all balance house work , a job & kids also somehow fit the hubs in there lol I start work soon

Hubby is on paternity leave until August. I am back working P/T as I own my own business and it's still a crap shoot how Each day will turn out with the LO.
I do try to wake up extra early so I have 3 uninterrupted hours before the baby wakes up to either work or do some house stuff. But if she's had a rough night waking up to feed, I'm sometimes too tired to get up at 5am.
We are seriously thinking of hiring a cleaner to come in every 2 weeks so at least the house is reasonably clean. This little person has taken over our lives

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
