Oh yea I know someone up there too , the apartments are pretty cheap but not as spacious as other places. New Jersey is also fairly cheap too . But when it comes to buying a home the houses are still pricey (not sure if that's your long term plan) . I'm thinking long term now. I'm renting now but I surely don't plan to pay ppl mortgage all my life wasting money.

My friend also rents a town house out there 3 bedroom 3 bath walk in closet the whole works for 1000 a month I was so impressed when I visited

Look up Gwinnett county, not to mention the school semesters are stellar and when it's time to buy a home yiu get mansion for 200-300k

Some of their jobs even helped with placement if they worked for a big company that had many locations

I am a RN Licensed in NYC so I would have to apply to for a Georgia license but all my friends that moved there had no issue finding a job

Yep exactly very affordable . My friend rents out there a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath walk in closets in both , balcony access to pool , gym and more for 850 a month !

Mortgages out there is 1200 it's crazy

Lol yeah I understand its the only option we had at the time , if interested it is called Chelsea Ridge in wappingers falls if you can't find anything near the city and don't mind the commute. You get a lot more space for your money

Well I moved recently back to long island because we actually got a free apartment with my husband's job, but before we were paying 1200 for a almost a 1000 sq ft apartment which is huge , the complex we lived had 2 bedrooms for around 1400, had a pool and playgrounds it was nice for the two years we stayed
