Yea that's why you try your best to control it .. every one in my family had either Gd or type 1-2 diabetes and they turned out ok I was fine my daughter was fine and small may I add

As long as u eat right u don't have to take the shots which is a good thing don't stress about it

@shay2beautiful, the first one i took was at 18 weeks & the results were high so now that im 28 weeks i gatta do another one but follow a special diet 3 days prior

I had Gd and I just followed a low carb diet and I was fine it's like I never had it I was literally off by one point

Did you have to take an early one in the beginning of your pregnancy?. I had to take one yesterday and I'm only 10 weeks.. I'm dreading having to do it a second time

I had gestational diabetes with my first son and I don't with this one but I hated it I don't like poking myself
