Ahhhh so upsetting when the so doesn't think about baby at all we have 4 months and a few days before he is here and we have nothing for him at all outside of four little onesies. Also the comments he does we are looking to move and he just out of nowhere goes oh I should get a one bedroom bc is cheaper ok so where are my kids staying a one bdr is for two ppl not for 5. Also stupid comments about baby and how he wishes he doesn't love him bc idk what he is thinking. And also he doesn't count him he's only saying he has one kid and that I have 3 I get so angry but according to him I'm always angry and I make everything complicated
@mami1234, hopefully you both go full term, but emergencies do happen... my pregnancy was totally textbook, but at exactly 33 weeks I ended up in the hospital and had my daughter 2 days later! So even though you hope it never happens to you... sometimes it does! I did not have much ready myself... you kind of just figure it out in a situation like that
My oldest daughter experience similar things with her husband before they had their first... I have no idea where his brain was... but it was like he was trying to get all of the 'selfish' stuff out of his system... once she went into labor, it all got very real for him... and he really changed... guys process things different than we do... I told her while she was pregnant that she needed to decide what she would tolerate and what she would not... draw a line in the sand and be prepared to go it alone if he can't pull his shit together... thankfully, he straightened up and has really stepped up in a lot of ways... he is still very selfish in certain areas... but she knew that when she agreed to marry him, and start a family with him.
@batsymommy if your not having a shower then that's different but 33 weeks to me isn't last min lol . But that's up to you ofcourse when you want to get stuff for baby
@mami1234, wow I get bad anxiety and I like being ready I'm almost out of my 2 second trimester and nothing and I'm not having a shower
I have nothing for my daughter till after the baby shower . I'm 29 weeks now I'll be 33 at the baby shower
@takesma, he does love my kids and all but lately he's just mostly thinking about himself and doesn't consider my feelings or anything
@mommyhawkins2016, I just been thinking a lot and is not worth it I've done the single mom with 2 would be hard with 3 but doable
In order for a man to love you he has to love what comes with you. REMEMBER THAT!
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
Am I the only one who cries when they’re angry? I hope I’m not the only one, I have no clue why I cry when I’m angry 🙄🤦🏻♀️
@dreamermom yes but I might get what I need at the shower so I don't want to buy things I'll already be getting but that's a different situation . I'm not going to buy stuff super early unless I wasn't having a baby shower. But I had my son 2 days before his due date idk about this one tho .
