They got this old lady at work that I probably go off on every time I work with her mind u I'm her boss and she think she run shit she gets besides herself I tell her all the time only ppl I have to respect her age is my grandmother either that u have to earn my respect period. Tell her everyday before I send u home imma make u quit one of my co workers just informed me that she plans on doing nothing today so today I'm going to embarrass her and still make her work in the most professional way that I can let's have a good day

That's how it has to be sometimes. I'm an assistant manager, and people don't take me seriously because I'm only 19 and the youngest person there but they fail to realize that just because I'm young, I'm STILL your boss and you STILL have to listen to me regardless of the years you have on me.
