My son has small red bumps all over his stomach, chest, and back and I have no idea what could've caused them! He hasn't had a fever and he's not itchy. I'm wondering if it's a heat rash or allergy? Has anyone had something similar happen and what did it turn it to be?

@nikilauren, i would go back to what you were using. if it doesn't clear up maybe see the doctor. but he's not in pain or anything?
@l.hanchett, I did get him a new soap, the Toms one that's supposed to be hypoallergenic and natural but we've been using it for about a week

Probably heat rash , my son gets them in the same places you named as well
