So I'm 23 about to be 24, I'm trying to get pregnant with my first after loss so my rainbow baby, I am currently 188.9 lbs and I'm 5"3. Of course I have pcos, so I need motivation, tips and advice from those already having a baby. Did anyone do it naturally or with metformin? If naturally what did y'all do with your life style changes? And with metformin what did you do as well?. I am on metformin BUT I want to try and forget about the pills and get my body regulated and healthy naturally how do I do that?, anyone with mental health and did anything to stable their mental state? I need some pointers......
I really don't want to talk to my doctors so please not suggesting that.

They say that if you cut out carbs and focus on a ketogenic diet you are more likely to get pregnant. I am sorry for your loss. I don't really know a lot about infertility or PCOS but I was in a weight loss group that said keto helps with PCOS and infertility tremendously
