Ladies , would eating spicy foods make my babies tummy hurt if I'm breastfeeding?

It could but it just depends. I eat a good amount of spicy and my son dosnt have any problems

@caseyxo2017 yes some babies tummies are more sensitive

I would eat a small amount to begin with just in case your baby had a sensitive belly!
