I personally didn't, but I have heard of bowel movements being a sign of impending labor. If something feels off, trust your gut and go in. I dilated to 5 cm's without even knowing I was in labor.
@christimary0, I called my doctor and they want me to go in right away....I didn't get this far with my first so I don't know what labor actually feel like, but I can tell something is off

@lillyb, thanks...I wasn't in labor but they think he might come before my scheduled c-section
