I started lactating around 28 weeks but noticed white crust in and around my nipples between 22-28 weeks, then some clear liquid. Totally normal! I was lactating until about three weeks postpartum so I had to formula feed her but she's still very healthy.

I'm 22+5 and still don't. Some women don't. Congrats to you!
