Is it necessarily true that boys weigh more than girls? My daughter will be 3 next month and weighs 28 lbs and my son is 5 months old and about clocking 20 lbs. What gets me is that she was full term (39w 6days) and He came at 37 weeks due to induction

my baby weighs. 13 lbs. i want to get a cheap carrier it only lasts tell 25 lbs. is it worth it or should I not get it. how long will he be in it. he's almost5 months

According to national averages, yes. However not all babies fall into that category. My 1 year old is 19lbs so he's small for his age. It just really depends on the child.
