Have some questions for my almost 9 month old son. I've been feeding him 1 veggie and 1 fruit baby food for lunch a dinner and formula in between. He does just fine he's a hungry boy at times. Not sure if I should try giving him something else? What are you guys feeding your almost 9 month old

I give my son everything that I eat, his faves are yogurt applesauce grapes cheese toast and pb pizza bananas and roasted sweet potatoes....anything really! My son is almost 10 months
How many ounces should a almost 1 month old be eating and how far apart should his feeding be?
Did anyone use cows milk for a 9 month old or did you just stick to formula and breast feeding until age of 1?
