So here I am thinking I've lost weight since last year cause I definitely LOOK skinnier, but nooo I've gained 8lbs. Ugh, I hate seeing a scale. 😒😒😒

How so. You know muscle weights more than fat. You could have converted some which is why i said don't watch the scale
