Since I started taking my birth control the sight of food in the morning doesn't appeal to me . It's like I have to force myself to take some bites . 😂

Not due to birth control, but some days I'm just not feeling food... so I keep some protein shakes in the fridge! Does the trick for me!

Which bc?! I'm on the Depo shot and I've LOST weight it's weird.... not complaining lol
