For those that have given me breast feeding advice. I apoligize. I know i sounded doubtful and maybe even sounded like i wasnt going to listen, but i only felt doubtful tword myself. Ive been going in and out of encouraging myself, to feeling hopeless and feeling incapable of being able to do the only thing im currently allowed to do for Martha. I have listened and i even talked with my lactation consultant. Ive used everything everyones told me and came up with something that at least gives me something each time. Though my milk supply is still low, im starting to transistion to normal milk now. Ive been very strict with keeping on schedule with the pumping...but i keep feeling like im failing her. Right now even if i was allowed to hold her at the breast i couldnt. My supply is so low that shed only chew on them bc she wouldnt get enough. Its slowly increasing, but im still struggling emotionally to accept that this is all im able to do for her right now.

Don't stress in the latching bit now. There are things you can do to teach her to breastfeed. I will post some links to supplementing while nursing.
@bethany_swaney, it was a little crazy to me how little your child actually needs at first... even though it does not seem like much to start with... it really is exactly the amount your little one needs... trust that your body knows what it's doing!
@dreamermom thank you. Ill look into it. My volumes slowly coming up as well even with the pump and hand expressions. Im slowly gaining more confidence in myself being able to do it. Slowly.
We tube fed breast milk for several days then started bottle feeding my fortified milk to her once she was strong enough to suckle... it took a couple months before we were able to even try putting her direct to breast, but with the help of a nipple shield, she transitioned REALLY well! I strongly suggest picking one of those up they are cheap like $5... but it will help with the latch, until she's strong enough!
@cubanese thank you...just they said she may never latch bc once they can allow her food shell be on the bottle for a while
Does anyone know what else works for a bad diaper rash ?? Idk why my baby is pooping so much but she poops at least 3-4 times after each feed & its making her rash worst. I dab when i clean her instead of wiping to avoid from irritating it & ive even tried changing the kind of formula twice. The poop is not even alot its probably like 2 or 3 little wet drops on the diaper but i feel so bad because i know that it hurts her. & ive triedd all these products !!
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused

Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Also, ask for to see if the hospital can give you one of these supplemental nursers. Some hospitals have them I believe. It never hurts to ask! 👍🏻 Do not let anyone discourage you in your breast feeding journey. As long as you can give it your all that is what is important!
