No, in that case your surge might be happening now.  The darker the line the higher the LH is in your urine.  I would be giving it a go tonight and tomorrow. There is always LH in your system but it gets higher in the 24 hours before you release an egg.

Well I first ovulated on the 1st. I don't thinkninwould be far enough along to trigger a second positive would i?

It's not typical, but you can also get a positive on an OPK when youre pregnant as well.
