Any breastfeeding moms who have awesome hacks for getting in more protein? Started going to the gym with a friend and debating getting my own membership, just feel like my body isn't getting enough protein since it's taking 3 days for me to recover
@beebaby, not great. I usually have a yogurt in the morning, banana nut oatmeal around lunch time, and then a bag of snap peas in the afternoon. Dinner is always different, usually chicken/hamburger with a side veg and rice or pasta
Drink whey protein powder with 1% milk and eating chicken a lot helps too
