I also take Benadryl to help me sleep not every night tho and I only take like 5mL

@jessicallgen2834, the list of medications my dr. gave me said you can take Tylenol pm or unisom for insomnia

Stay away from benadryl !!! My doctors sed it was okay omg.. I made me jump out of my skin and gave me horrible restless leg syndrom to the max i had to walk aroud my apartment for hours.. Thats was later on the pregnancy though

My doctor said pm is fine. Especially in the beginning . I couldn't sleep. They told me PM or Benadryl

@jessicallgen2834 i took it but only when I was in a lot of pain and couldn't sleep. I only took one pill though if I needed to take it. My doctor said it was fine. She even recommended me take benadryl.

I was told just acetaminophen, or regular Tylenol. The Ovia pregnancy app has a great medication safety look up 😊
