Any mommas have a boyfriend who has not worked the whole pregnancy and only for a week or 2 after the baby was born and barely wants to spend time with their baby? Need advice on this subject and looking for someone who went through it
@cassieleighx33, I was in that same boat!! It just depends if you're both willing to change and work on your issues. Counseling helped us a lot
@ashbabash18, omg that's great but I try to talk to him and he just says I'm bitching and whatever but his mom spoiles him with money whenever he wants and whatever he wants when he wants it ...
Oh and now he has a full time job as well and he is in school. He graduates with his bachelors in December
@cassieleighx33, it took mine a long time to finally step up (he was 22 and just not ready and in denial) but we were determined to make it work. We had a lot of talks, went to counseling and when I finally went back to work (daughter was 14 months) things clicked for him and now he's an extremely active dad. We now have two kids and we're getting married in October
@nerualauren, I've tried the whole time we lived with his parents for 4 months after our son was born and even before I moved in when I was 3 months pregnant ... so 10 months and now we're at my parents and he still don't have a job I mean he's applied over indeed on Friday but I'm seriously close to the point that I can't handle raising him and our son
Yes. My and ex and I were 18 and 20 and he really wanted me to keep the baby but didn't put any effort into working, I started working 6 weeks after I delivered and yet he remained hanging out with his friends. Things didn't work out between us and we split right after I had my son. We both lived with our parents as well. You should put some pressure on him
@ashbabash18, like he really does nothing that I have 2 pictures of me him and the baby (because one was a holiday and the other I forced him to go with me) and 1 of him and the baby ...
