That's normal. Baby doesn't need a whole lot, her tummy is very tiny.

@jasholbert the problem is im not even producing an oz. Im lucky if im producing a ml each time. Shes a premi so my body was almost ready to produce milk but since it didnt get the full time to prepare im having to stimulate and bring my own milk in little by little.

Your milk comes in when your placenta is delivered, I had a preemie too. My milk took a bit to come in but when you can, holding her and smelling her and stimulating while looking at her is best. She doesn't even need that much right now and when she gets on breast she'll draw out more than a pump or hand could.

Babies don't take much in when they're first born. Also it takes a few days for your milk to come in no matter when you delivered. It took 3 days for my milk to come in. I delivered my daughter at 38+6.
