I cant get over this picture. Hes so diffrent from other guys. When i was still hurting to bad to go check on her after she was born, as soon as he found out he could he ran to check on her and spent an hour and a half with her while i took a nap waiting for the pain pills to kick in. When he came back he was in tears, but smiling so much. He kept saying shes beautiful. He was over joyed. He said he still cant belive that shes his daughter. These two people are my world. Theyve made me the happiest woman alive. Everything i went through the 9 months of the pregnancy and even the pain that i did feel, even the ripping during labor was all worth it. In the end, my ability to keep my pain in check was due to me concentrating on making sure she made it into this world safely. It hurt not to push until i was 10cm but i did it even so. Once i hit 10cm though i didnt care that i had an inner lip still that hadnt moved out of the way. The doc almost didnt get in the room fast enough. The nurses actually were delivering her until the doc got in the room. My husband tried to stand next to me, but start feeling faint so we had to make him sit down. Even so he still kept talking to me allowing me to focus on his voice. Then once she was out he cut the cord. A mothers dreams dont lie. Before she was born i had 5 dreams that she was a girl and she was. Then the night before my water broke i had a dream about my water breaking and me having her within 2 days after that. It all happened as my dreams said it would. Hes already an amazing father to her. Our little Martha Elizabeth. Shes our everything.
Reading this brought tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful journey! Congratulations!
Congrats to you and daddy ! She is a cutie
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
