It's been a long four days and before our daughter gets here he needs to be clean forever.
This is the last straw or I am leaving and I will say I don't know her dad. I'd rather say that then deal with him spending over $200 on drugs this weekend n lying to me about what happened to all of the money. He hasn't bought ANYTHING for her this whole time. I have with the no job I quit so the last time he was in rehab I was able to help him get clean faster. I'm just over this time already. He's been so damn mean.

Speaking from experience, he won't step up until he's ready, or he may never step up, but you should be honest with your baby so it doesn't blame you. My dad had always chosen drugs over us and I'm glad my mom was honest, because if I found out she had lied about it, it would have seriously affected our long term relationship.
