You can add breastmilk to your bath water or babies bathwater. Good for skin conditions, diaper rash etc

2 hours per drink before feeding. If you need to pump before 2 hours per drink is up. Dump it. As long as alcohol is in your blood it's in your milk. Rule of thumb is you don't feel the liquor anymore you should be good . But I would go with 2 hours per drink
