So, how long do you guys think I should like do squats and stretches and bounce on my ball throughout the day?
It doesn't hurt to do it gradually throughout the day, right? I don't see why it would.
@yayasmommy2k17 Haha Oh trust me I am lazy😛 I literally sit on the couch all day & watch shows. But I also really want to do these exercises for a decent amount of time for the day so I force myself.
Lol ooooooh okay i was told an hour a day by my in home nurse 😀 girl you better than me. Im 2 weeks behind you and i can barely get up off of the couch after sitting for more thatn 15 minutes
