Did it w/my first. LOVED it. Just bought the book & listened to hypnosis for birth tracks thru Amazon every day - basically affirmations that you repeat. I labored at home all day - swear it didn’t hurt bc I imagined each “wave” just like that, like I was on a beach riding out a wave. Stayed home maybe too long lol the midwife didn’t think I was really ready yet. Finally went in when my surges were 2-3 mins apart. Got to the hospital at 6:30, lil lady born at 7:47!!! It was amazing. Def try it
