I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do. We are currently in preparing to move to Florida in the coming weeks. My 2 oldest kids are beyond excited as I am too. My youngest is having the most difficult time. She has cried and cried over not wanting to leave her friends. I am wondering if I should call off the move or if it something not worth worrying about as she is very friendly and makes friends wherever we go. Let me know what you all would do.
She will be fine, new friends new start. She most likely end up.loving it!
I was that kid crying when we would move and I think it made a very well rounded person. I'm able to adjust to new situations well and also have that natural way of making new friends. I would allow her to collect numbers and addresses and make sure she knows that she is always able to call and write them! Friendships don't have to die with distance! Good luck mama
She will be fine. My parents moved us a few states away bc my dad had a good job opportunity. I started at a new high school which was rough. I made some friends but as an adult I don't keep in touch with anyone from high school. I found my best friend in college.
Been very busy and forgot to tell you all thank you for the advice!
