I've been experiencing some minor cramps today. No spotting, no bleeding, just kind of crampy...not sure it's worth calling my doctor? Anyone experience cramps around 12w with no bleeding?

Yes thats how I would describe it too . like a nagging pain .
@vegasmomma yes I still have them sometimes too. I have to take tylenol and use a heating pad sometimes. I heard warm baths can help too. And at times the cramps bring more discharge for me.
@momofdeuce, @juliaschade41, does it just feel like period cramps?? That's what I can best describe it as. I don't remember with my last two pregnancies getting "period-like" cramps

Could be round ligament . Try drinking water & resting with your feet up
