You know your own limits. Listen to your natural instincts and if you wanna go to the beach then do it cause you deserve it and no one else is carrying your baby but you so I'd just smile when people feel the need to butt into your life and decision making and do whatever you want and feel makes you and your baby happy. I'm a soon to be first time mom at 39 weeks now and since I've never gone through this before everyone feels the need to tell me when I'm doing something "wrong" instead of offering constructive criticism and maybe asking if I wanna hear their input first but I've learned to not let these people get to me and don't take it personally...you won't be miserable if you're doing something that makes you happy and bond more with your baby in that beautiful belly of yours.
