Hello mamas!!! I'm about 30 weeks and absolutely miserable!!! Pain in my back and tummy are non stop. Have any of you tried any of those belts or whatever they're called to help with the pain and pressure??? Which ones are the best. I gotta keep working just so hard.. 😭

I have one but it makes my pain worse. I'm keeping it for my 3rd trimester though.

My obgyn said they are a waist of money and just suggested a tube sock filled with rice warmed up a little in between my legs and honestly it really helps
