Why is my baby so restless while sleeping, also why won't he ever nap anymore?? He's only 2 and half months old.

@stephanie.a.torres4, I think he has nightmares. He's been doing it while napping and I have to go in and tell him that mommy is here and it's all okay and he will calm right now

Could be that something is hurting if he wakes up in the middle of the night crying. Also could be that he is now getting a boost of energy and needs more large motor activities to work him out more
