Today, I said SCREW IT!! My daughter wanted me to take her swimming and my regular bathing suit, that covers my stomach, was still dirty so I put on a bikini. I haven't worn this since my honey moon in 2014! I am not where I want to be yet, but I am proud of my progress and the fact that this body was able to give life to 3 babies; 1 of them AFTER I turned 36 years old!!!! I have worked hard to get where I am now and I will continue to work hard every day for the rest of my time here because health is not a quick fix and your done, it's an every day necessity.
