I don't have a birthing ball but Ive been doing so much walking to try and get things started but I'm not having no luck just yet xxx

Gardening always helps I think and scrubbing the floors on your hands and knees basically dont sit down keep doing stuff even eat while your sitting on a birth ball if you have one @keeleyconlon x
