#23wks today...

Is it normal to have so much cramping in the bikini line/pelvic?

It's not strong enough to get me to L&D but it does actually bother me to a point that im unable to do anything??

And I'm the ones that try to stay away from doctor's as much as possible :/

@criztal mine was severe from week 16 until week 20 just about. Its gotten better except for at night time. Still pretty bad then. The closer you get to the 3rd trimester, I heard the better it gets. But then the 3rd trimester is going to come with its own set of pains lol

@nickee that's true too. I have one and wore it a couple of times and it actually makes my pain a whole lot worse. Definitely not for everyone, but I'm going to keep it in case it helps better with the back pain I'm expecting in my 3rd trimester.

Oh and mine has since then gotten really bad when I sleep at night, so my doc the other day told me to start stretching too. Not vigorously, but lightly so I won't get so stiff from being so sore.

Going thru the same thing currently. My doctor recommended a belly band or pelvic strap thing for me. Haven't tried it out yet so idk if it works but you could try looking into it

As long as you're not bleeding you should be okay. Sounds like round ligament pain. Mine was so bad I would start crying and couldn't move. I called my doc and that's what they said it was. You can use a heating pad or take a warm bath. Also Tylenol. But unfortunately its just a part of the growing pains in pregnancy.
