Ok so I'm here in labor and delivery and I'm stuck at 4cm and 50% thinned for the last 3 hours..... My contractions are very intense and have been about 3 minutes apart since I checked in, Im not doing an epidural so I have free range to move... ANY SUGGESTIONS to get things moving more?!?!? I'm really not trying to be sent home at 4cm!!!
Walk around, squats, the ball, maybe some dancing if you can bare it
@datnavajogirl, rocking on the peanut ball right now
Walk around i was induced with my 2nd and i didn't do piticion i walked for 45mins and was dialated
Yesss ^^^^ and walk around the labor and delivery hallways
If you have a birthing ball available you could try bouncing or rolling your hips around on that. If not you could try some squatting real low while holding onto the bed for support. When I was with my aunt while she was in labor they let her get in the bath for a few minutes and after she got out she had fully dilated and the baby was out in less than 10 minutes.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
