Your blood pressure often drops early on. Also sugar too... lots of small snacks and stay hydrated!

When i get that way its my sodium dropping. I have an issue with that anyway. The other thing that it is for some people is their sugar is either to low or to high. Since you havent been eating alot though id say its to low. Sodium i dont feel would be an issue considering with most people their sodium levels stay balanced. However the side effects of low sodium is the same as low or high sugar. The only diffrence is instead of going into a sezire if it drops to low or gets to high like sugar levels, sodium is diffrent. If it drops to low youll temporarily loose your eye sight and eventally pass out. Regardless the solution to your problem is eating more

I fainted twice in my first trimester because I wasn't used to needing the extra food. After I upped my food intake I stopped getting dizzy and I haven't fainted since 8 weeks.

@lunerkitty1313 probably need to eat more and consume more water. Supposed to be drinking 8 to 10 cups of water daily. Especially important when pregnant.
