@porschedavis25 LOL id jus put them in before bed & make sure you wear a pad or panty liner cuz they leak . then take a shower in the morning . thats what ive been doing & it helps lol

it smells like the pills for like a day-ish after inserting them . & yes they dissolve or you can poke a hole with a needle & put them in . but they're gel capsules so they will dissolve on their own .

ive read you can take up to 4000mg a day . I take two pills in the morning & insert 2 at night vaginally.
