So, I am assuming these are braxton hicks without cramping and lack of breath? I usually feel breathless when they come but all I feel is tightness and thats it.
That tightening will be normal. I have it to. The uterus is a giant muscle and the babys out of room. Our lungs and diafram are smaller now to. So moving the wrong way your muscles clench around the baby. When the baby moves your muscles will clench. Going from standing, to sitting, to laying down can cause the clenching and shortness of breath.
