Just started! He's almost 6 months. The doctor had asked me at his appointment around 5 months if I had started so I assumed it was okay. He loves apples :) haven't tried the veggies yet! They say to give them some time in between to see how they react to different kinds
@evelyn.nunez56 i started at 4 months but he was definitely ready to eat. You want to start out with the vegetables first because he could end up not liking them and not eating them once he already has that sweetness. Do one food at a time for a week just to make sure he isn't allergic to anything, that way if he is allergic to something you'll know exactly what it is and no one will have to guess or anything.
@evelyn.nunez56 i did every veggie 1 at a time and by the time i got to fruit he still tried to turn away veggies, so i had to incorporate more veggies so he would actually eat them. Its a long process lol
