@ecahanes, I seen those online that a lot of women drink them but then I read it has something in it that can cause preterm labor so now I'm nervous lol
@camdensmommy0114 I'm guessing ensures are okay cuz my baby has been fine. I only drink one a day if not one every other day. I haven't had any complications and my visits have been pretty good so far.

I drink ensures. Have been doing it for the past month. I drink them at work cuz I can't really eat on the job but I get so hungry. Lol
