First Long-term Successful Latch without a nipple guard!!!! Super stoked!!!!!!!! 💙💙💙💙 Only took 3 weeks, an unlimited amount of breakdowns, a great lactation specialist at the hospital, my SO as my favorite lactation specialist (whom is also my biggest critic) & a friend who got me to latch on over the weekend without the nipple guard for the first time! ❤❤❤❤

Why does he like to latch as if he's pinching my nipple 😭 I've gotten used to it now but damn he bruised my nipple at the beginning😅😥😑
The first days of breast feeding are so hard! 😫 She's latching but not really correctly... My nipples are so sore! Praying my milk comes in soon.
Has anyone been able to successfully pump and feed instead of actually latching their baby on? the nurses have mentioned it as a backup plan since I'm having so many issues with getting him to latch and then staying latched without destroying my nipples and I was wondering if it was possible to do that successfully in place of latching....
So moms after doing research and looking at them I’m pretty sure I have inverted nipples😭 sorry if this is tmi.. but i really hope it doesn’t effect me being successful breastfeeding. My first son did latch i just didn’t keep latching him and my milk never came in.

My little one has a cleft soft palate so breastfeeding probably won't happen for me, but have done it just for the bonding.
