Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

@danielswifey well the first line is slightly lighter than the second so I know it isn't fully positive yet. But ibthink it will be very soon. I hope thus month it happens for us so we can have our rainbow baby.
