You could be having back contractions.. you are going to the hospital right? Contractions in the belly you get really tight and it hurts really bad and your belly releases. It's not as painful..

@kylesmom16 what do you mean? I do feel a lot of pressure then when i use the bathroom i feel a little bit of relief but not for long

@dreamermom thank you i called the on call number and im still waiting for a call back from doctor but im gonna start heading to the hospital :(

With those symptoms I'd call the after hours number for your doctor, see what they say... sometimes it can be something simple like a uti you don't know you have or dehydration that can cause you to start preterm labor... those things can be handled easily! At 31 weeks your little one will struggle to breathe, the sooner they realize you are having preterm labor, they can give you steroids to help the babies lungs... I had my daughter at 33 weeks, and because of the steroids she never needed to be on oxygen! They delayed my delivery 2 days to give her the best chance at survival... I would never wait, better safe than sorry!

Hmmm maybe u should go to the hospital to check but if u don't, at least try not to be alone
