My son would get soooo constipated and the only think that worked with him was a suppository. I'd check the age on how young you can do it tho.. good luck, I know how miserable little ones get when constipated.

We arent meant to drink cows milk which is why we have such trouble digesting it.

It sounds like dairy doesnt agree with your little one. Try switching to almond or rice milk. Regular milk is very harsh on our stomachs and hard to digest
