I decided to have my son, his dad had no say in whether I kept him or not. Therefore I will never take him to child support. We're together now but if things happen to take a turn, my only concern has and will always be him seeing him when he can. If he doesn't have the money and I can't him help out then i understand. That's how co parenting works. You help each other out. And if he decided to never be in my sons life again then that's on him. I'll do what I have to do for the baby I chose to have. Yes, it took both of us to make him, but it only took one of us to decide to have him. You cannot force someone to be a dad. And if you make the situation more difficult then it needs to be, don't blame them for walking away.
I understand there are dead beats out there believe me I've seen both sides of the spectrum. But just like it takes two to make them, it takes two to co parent. You can't force someone to be a parent, but you can definitely decide to handle things differently and do what you have to as a parent. Like I said I decided to have my son, so therefore if his dad decided not to step up, I'd do what I have to do for him, or I'd co parent the way we were before. Just making sure he came to visit when he could and took care of himself as well. It seems some of you "woman" forget that these men need to take care of themselves as well in order to be a good dad for their kids, just like us as moms need to make sure we take care of ourselves in order to be good moms for them. Rant over.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
