Im 6 weeks and i have really bad cramps but no bleeding. I called my doc and she said as long as the pain is not in one area & there is no bleeding im fine. But this is becoming to much

I'm 6 weeks too and I have no cramps! Maybe throughout the day I get some but they're light and easy to handle
