I'm so frustrated right now… I have people telling me that my methods of feeding and pumping are the ways that I'm shooting myself in the foot… That it shouldn't take me that long to breast-feed and pump and change him… Or to bottle feed him and change him… I have tried both… And I'm trying to get the laundry done and all the bottles washed and trying to get dressed. Before it took me 10 to 20 minutes to pump my milk… And five minutes to bottle feed him… But it took me an hour and a half to breast feed him this morning… And then he still wasn't full... And then I warm the bottle up and he falls asleep and doesn't eat it and I dump it… And then he needs to be changed… And as I'm getting ready and I'm ready to go out the door he needs to be changed and fed again… I'm getting mastitis and my breasts… I have a stye or pinkeye in my right eye… and I feel like I'm failing everybody.

Well typically it should only take 15-30 minutes. Are you sure he's not just using you for a pacifier

@sawyersmom, it's about that amount of time per boob... And I've been feeding him one after the other in one feeding. Then I burp him, change him & them he does the "hungry bird" thing again.

He's probably just going through a growth spurt. I wouldn't stress about what they're saying. You shouldn't need to pump yet you honestly. But if you do that is your choice and what's best for your family

My LO took forever eating at the breast, pumping my LC said only do it for 10 mins. She still takes awhile. BF is hard enough, I'm sorry you have people making it harder. Take care of yourself and baby, I'm sure you are doing great!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed…

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol
