Ladies who shop with Wal-Mart they have the Graco 4ever convertible car seat cheaper then Target
@nurseriri, it's a good seat I'm sure it'll work out great for you guys! I haven't heard a negative review on that seat at all
@santistevanmommie, yes it reclines. That was one of my request in buying a car seat.
@santistevanmommie, we already purchased it. Girl I'm rarely in this site due to work, school and Ethan and his activities. Thanks tho. Would join just to browse when time permits.
@nurseriri, it's a good seat, it's slim so you have a better chance of having it fit with other seats in the future. The only down fall is I believe it doesn't have many recline positions
@nurseriri, yeah I'd have any questions or want to I can add you to my car seat safety group chat!
@santistevanmommie, what do you think of the graco 3-in-1 slim fit?
@janine724, they makes double strollers that come with car seats as well I believe.
@santistevanmommie, ok honey. If I knew you were versed in it would have contacted you. Was having such a hard time deciding. We had to speak to car seat expert at gymboree.
@sarah_thomas086, easy love. It's not that serious. Have an amazing day sweetheart. Toodles
@nurseriri, yes that's true. I baby wear so that's not a problem for me though
@santistevanmommie, but if you want to remove the car seat to attach to stroller you can't use it from birth.
@sarah_thomas086 I'm looking into getting a double stroller of some sort & most of those dont come with carseats & carseats alone are expensive ugh
@nurseriri, & you can use this from birth but I recommend against it so yes it can be used for infants
@nurseriri, if you read my previous comments you would know what we are talking about
@janine724, i bought to, however my infant car seat come in a stroller set so I really didn't lose out on to much money
We just bought the Graco slim fit 3-in-1 car seat. Hope he likes it. Still plan on doing rear facing tho. Ethan is going to be 17 months tomorrow. Few months to go before forward facing. @smilingwithmyawesome4kids,
@sarah_thomas086 I know I didn't wanna buy 2 carseats but might have to
You can use it from birth but it's not practical for newborns due to the fact you can not carry the car seat with you
@santistevanmommie it is safe for her but its just uncomfortable for her
@janine724, then it's most definitely not safe for her to be rear facing in that seat any longer.
@santistevanmommie she has reached the height & weight requirements but she gets fussy really quick after being in the seat for a short time. I hope they can fit side by side cause I have a 10yr old who will have to sit in the back with them from time to time ugh
@janine724, you might have to put them on the driver and passenger side but they should fit. They may even fit next to each other
@janine724, they should remain rear facing until 2 as that's what's safe. Safest is to rear face as long as the seats weight or height limit hasn't been reached (whichever comes first)
I'm just afraid 2 graco carseats will fit in my car
@santistevanmommie I honestly don't know how long I plan on having him rear facing my 14mth old seem to be more comfortable rear facing I was thing about buying her a new car seat for my car which has a forward facing car seat which she seems to hate.
@janine724, it really depends on how long you plan to rear face for. If you plan to rear face until 4-5 I would suggest the extend2fit because it has a 50lbs weight limit for rear facing. If you only plan to rear face until 2-3 I would suggest the 4ever as it has a 40lbs weight limit
@santistevanmommie what is the difference between the graco extend 2 fit & graco 4ever? & which 1 is better
@janine724, you can most definitely use a convertible from birth. They fit average size newborns perfectly.
@sarah_thomas086, you can use a convertible from birth. I plan to use one with our next baby.
I was just looking at this carseat & wondering if I should return my Safety 1st 3in1 for this one. I just haven't seen any newborns any of them & wondering if I should just get a simple infant carseat instead. I have no clue what to do HELP.
@smilingwithmyawesome4kids oh okay cool thank you
@santistevanmommie runs a excellent car seat group on here she could help you with a great safe car seat. She recommend this one for Baby Mac
They both are great car seats just one the Graco 4ever convertible car seat will last longer then the Graco Extend2fit convertible @asunaking15
Yes I agree @sarah_thomas086 this isn't ideal for infants but it's amazing for toddlers and school age children
@smilingwithmyawesome4kids which one is better
This car seat in not good for newborns, you can not carry a baby in it or take it into the store with you, I have one & I bought a different one due to not being able to carry it around.
@smilingwithmyawesome4kids thanks I want one
@santistevanmommie, how to I join the car seat group? You can message me
