I have been breastfeeding for 7 months and have had very little pain. Today I noticed my left side was hurting and thought it was from the three teeth my baby recently got this month. I noticed that it's kinda lumpy and swollen looking. No redness. Is this normal?

Thank you guys for your input! She has started sleeping very good at night so maybe I just went too long! I will definitely keep an eye on it!

Was there any certain period of time that you went without feeding? Like an abnormal day that was just different from the rest? Is baby draining the breast? Sounds like it could be a clot? If it's a clot, then you apply warmth, massage and feed baby from that side as much as possible.

Well her first 3/4 months I was nursing every hour it felt like. It has gone to every 2 or close to it. She's been like this for at least a few months. Never felt pain like this before. Feels full even after nursing
