I think we all went through the overthinking stage and until you deliver you will keep over thinking . It's something you want to bad and then you want to make sure everything is fine . It's totally normal. I still over think lol . Just ask your questions we're here to help . It's not easy to get your mind off I know. But if your husband can keep you occupied then perfect. So I'm thinking it's not AF then . So I definitely wouldn't take Midol. I'd stick to tylenol and lay down and relax . If it gets worse then you can go to the hospital and maybe ask them to check it out . But I think your fine. Mine kinda jumped from side to side . But idk about the shocking feeling . It's not bad it feels like a shock and that's it, real mild and enough to make me aware of it @krenee1120

They can mimic . But if it's horrible cramps then it's not implantation. If your bend over in pain. Implanting cramping is annoyingly mild . But you know it's there .

I would believe so . The cramping is totally normal if your going through implantation. If you want to take anything I'd take Tylenol that's approved .
