Try taking a warm shower and letting the water hit it, or you sound warm a damp wash cloth in the microwave and apply it to the area in the most pain. It should help relax the muscles in your neck.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
